Dr. Yin Allison Liu is an Associate Professor of Neuro-Ophthalmology at the University of California, Davis. She earned her PhD in cancer immunotherapy and completed her clinical residency in Neurology, with special qualifications in Child Neurology, followed by fellowship training in Neuro-Ophthalmology.

Dr. Liu’s current research focuses on ocular biomarkers for neurological conditions, particularly neurodegenerative diseases. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters and has been awarded prestigious research grants. As an active member of the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society Research Committee, she collaborates with leading experts and remains at the forefront of advancements in her field.

Dr. Liu has received multiple awards for her contributions and was recognized as one of Sacramento’s Best Doctors in 2022.
